Second Chances. Real Opportunities. Lasting Change.
Empowering Change, Transforming Futures
Join us in breaking the cycle of incarceration and building a future where every individual thrives. Together, we create opportunities for growth and lasting impact.
Our Mission
The mission of The Ready for a Change Foundation Inc. is to empower individuals transitioning from incarceration and those living with felony convictions by providing access to resources, education, employment opportunities, mentorship, and supportive services that encourage stability, accountability, personal growth, and long-term independence.
A Message from Our Founder & CEO
I believe that a person's past should never determine the rest of their future. Everyone deserves an opportunity to grow, make positive changes, and rebuild their life with dignity, purpose, and hope. I founded The Ready for a Change Foundation Inc. because I recognize that individuals transitioning from incarceration, as well as those already living in our communities with felony convictions, often face barriers when trying to move forward.
